Delivery & Returns

By ordering digital products at Drippin’ it Studios, you agree with the following terms:

Delivery

• For the “Future Ready” plan our estimated delivery time for the 3D Object (.obj file, front/back product photos) is 48 hours. You will receive the files through e-mail.
• For the “Visionary” plan our estimated delivery time for the 3D Object (.obj file, front/back product photos, high render video (.mp4) is 72 hours. You will receive the files through e-mail.
• For the “Fashion Empire” plan we don’t have an estimated delivery time. This will be according to the custom project and terms for this will be discussed with the customer.

Returns

• Digital PDF Resource Guides cannot be refunded after completing an order, nor can those be selled or shared with other people.
• 3D Clothing Products cannot be refunded after digital delivery to the customer. In some cases we will make an exception when positioning didn’t work out properly. This will be only the case when it’s a mistake from our end.
