Custom colors have to be filled in inside the Tech Pack.
IMPORTANT: Our animations in (.mov) format come with a transparent background. Note that not all media players accept this filetype. If you're using an editing program like Premiere Pro, you can easily import a (.mov) file inside a project and dynamically change the background for the animation. Our animations in (.mp4) format come with a black or white background and are the most compatible with all media players.
Upload your own Tech Pack or the one we provide. If you already have real-life photos of the product we recommend sending those as well.
